Pettiford Business Partnerships is headed by Henry Pettiford, M.Ed, CEAP, LSW, LADC, who brings 20 years of experience in helping businesses work with employees to develop and maintain a productive workplace. Henry received his undergraduate degree from Franklin Pierce College and his graduate degree in Business Management from Cambridge College. He began his career by working with employee assistance programs, which focused on providing effective problem solving services and intervention to employees. Later his work broadened to include helping managers and companies with challenges relating to worker productivity, labor relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and training. He will bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the table to help your company successfully meet the challenges of today's workplace. |
